These Terms govern the conditions for using Moly (the "Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. The Service is operated by independent developer Sun Lee.
The Service provides photo-based plant identification and health diagnosis, care reminders and records, environmental (weather and light) information, plant chat (AI assistant), a plant community, and more. The composition and features of the Service may change for the purpose of improvement.
You are responsible for the content you post (posts, comments, photos, etc.). The following are prohibited:
The operator may delete content that violates these Terms or restrict use, based on reports or its own judgment.
Rights to the Service and its components (design, logo, software) belong to the operator or the rightful rights holders. Rights to content you post belong to you, and you grant the operator permission to use that content to the extent necessary to operate the Service.
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service. For interruptions or errors in features provided free of charge, liability is limited except where required by law.
You may end your use at any time via account deletion within the app. The operator may restrict or terminate use upon a violation of these Terms after prior notice (or after the fact in urgent cases).
The operator may revise these Terms, and material changes will be announced in advance through the app or this page. If you continue using the Service after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the change.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
